Integrated Roof Alarms
Reliant Safety provides an engineered roof alarm system as part of an integrated access control system. The combination of a motion detection radar, IP camera, audible alarm, strobe, or speaker system is all monitored by our Security Operations Center.
Control Roof Access
Should a roof alarm be activated, our Security Operations Center receives an alert via email or text message, and verifies the incident using recorded footage of the incident which triggered the alarm. We then notify the management office and track the offender as he or she moves around the complex, and provide the information to management staff so a lease violation can be issued.
